The work hasn't changed — discreet, careful, results-driven representation for buyers and sellers across the west end. What's changed is everything around it. We rebuilt the experience from the ground up so that the craft you feel when you work with us is just as clear from the first click. Here's a short tour of what's new.
A rebrand, in our own voice
The new identity — the JP crest, the refined wordmark, the quieter, more considered tone — is meant to reflect how we actually work: with care, discretion and a real love of the homes and neighbourhoods we represent. Our new home lives at pilarskigroup.com: faster, cleaner, and built to put the homes first. Proudly, still part of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Inc., Brokerage.
Guides for buyers and sellers
Buying or selling well starts with knowing what to expect. Every listing gets its own microsite
We take on a deliberately small number of listings each year, and each one earns a dedicated microsite of its own — cinematic photography, considered floor plans, neighbourhood notes, and a launch built around the buyers most likely to fall in love with it. Rather than a single forgettable listing page, every home gets its own URL and its own story. It's a meaningfully different way to bring a home to market, and it's a big part of why our listings tend to sell faster and for more.
Real financial tools, free to use
Some of what we're proudest of is the new buyer toolkit. Instead of guessing at the numbers, you can model them: an Ontario and Toronto land transfer tax calculator, a mortgage calculator, an affordability calculator, and a total purchase-power view that brings it all together. For the bigger picture, our Toronto Area HPI Analyzer lets you explore how home prices have moved across the region over time. They're genuinely useful, they're free, and there's no form standing between you and the answer.
