Built on honesty, integrity, trust and hard work — we've been able to compete with some of the biggest names in Toronto real estate by doing one thing well: taking exceptional care of a small number of clients each year.
There's no real secret to our success outside of providing superior client service, stress-free experiences, and exceptional results — for buyers, sellers and investors across West Toronto and the GTA.
A native of Toronto's west end, Julian Pilarski has always had a passion for exploring the vibrant and diverse neighbourhoods of his local region of the city.
From Queensway Village to High Park, Julian's knowledge and excitement about Toronto's west end is only matched by his intrinsic interest in seeing his local communities and their residents grow and prosper. That deep-seated affection for the west end — and devotion to helping it thrive — is what spurred his desire to work with the people he grew up alongside.
When it comes to Julian's career, it's no surprise that his clients feel more like close friends and family than transactions. To Julian, offering them the best of what the west end has to offer includes providing first-class service at every stage.
We will definitely continue to use the Pilarski Real Estate Group for any and all future transactions, as we consider Julian more than just our agent — we consider him family. — Matt Johnson
Following his graduation from two local west-end Toronto schools — the University of Toronto Mississauga and Humber College, with degrees in Communication & Information Technology and Business Management — Julian entered the real estate industry directly. He joined Royal LePage, one of Canada's leading brokerages, and combined his skills in digital marketing, innovative technology and strong client relations to hit the ground running.
Within just one year, Julian's success in West Toronto real estate led him to launch his own property and facility management company, Kingsway Management Group Inc., while simultaneously studying for and earning his Realtor® designation.
By providing first-class real estate experiences and true concierge-level service from day one, Julian developed a loyal base of clientele he would end up forming long-term relationships with. Today, an overwhelming majority of Julian's transactions represent return or referral clients — a testament to the exceptional service he provides.
Julian was always upbeat, on-time, and on the rare occasions he didn't have the answer to a question at his fingertips, it was always in our in-basket before we arrived back home. We would recommend the Pilarski Real Estate Group to any family or friend. — Bruce Mason
Whether she's negotiating a deal, hunting for the perfect home or cottage property, or competing in team sport — Angela's no-nonsense attitude is results-driven, to say the least.
Professional real estate is actually Angela's third career, and that's part of what makes her so effective. Her three best assets, in her own words, are her education, her work history, and her early real estate experience.
She was a young, passionate investor — purchasing three cottage lots in her early 20s and multiple investment properties to fund her graduate education. She has upgraded, renovated and built — including an all-season family cottage on a 16-acre waterfront property, completely off the grid.
Formally, Angela holds an undergraduate degree in Human Relations from Western University and, later in life, returned to two years of full-time education to earn an MBA from the Ivey Business School. Punctuated by a lifetime of invaluable informal learning and a seize-the-day perspective, this combination has shaped her belief that all education contributes to happiness and success.
Career highlights include more than a dozen years with IBM Canada and founding and operating her own management consulting company. Extensive sales and negotiation experience, sales training, marketing, product management, human resources — all of which adds up to make Angela a pretty unique real estate professional.
Real estate is not transactional — it's relational. — Angela's core belief
As her clients' trusted advisor, Angela reveals her sincere desire to help them make solid, practical real estate decisions through her relationship-building and problem-solving skills. Have a brief chat with her — you'll immediately sense her capability and commitment.

The steady hand behind every Pilarski Group transaction.
Karri is the operational backbone of the Pilarski Real Estate Group. As Client Care Manager and Office Administrator, she is the person every client speaks to first — and the one who keeps every transaction on track from the initial consultation through to the day the keys change hands.
Her work spans the full arc of every file. In the weeks before a property goes to market, Karri coordinates pre-list preparation — booking trades, stylists and photographers, sequencing the schedule, and project-managing the small army of professionals it takes to bring a home to market properly. Once a listing is live, she manages showing requests, fields buyer-agent inquiries, and ensures every appointment reflects the standard our clients expect.
During the closing window — often the most logistically intense stretch of any deal — Karri keeps lawyers, lenders, inspectors and movers moving in lockstep, anticipating problems before they arrive and resolving them before they reach the client. The smoothest transactions are the ones where the client never has to wonder what is next, and that is Karri's craft.
Beyond the logistics, Karri's instinct for client care is what most clients remember long after closing. She notices the small things — the renovation that finally got finished, the family milestone, the name of the dog — and ensures that working with Pilarski Real Estate Group feels personal, attentive and human in a profession that too often is not.
For Julian and Angela, Karri is the reason their attention can stay where it matters most: on the strategic decisions that shape outcomes for clients. For our clients, she is often the most calming voice in what can otherwise be an unsettling few months.
Whether you need a lot of help or a little advice, our team is always ready and eager to help you to the best of our ability.
